An older Bracknell roof of worn tiles that had reached the end of its life. The before photos show the weathered covering and the bare battens once it was stripped.
What Shane's team did
The roof was stripped and re-felted in breathable membrane, with Celotex insulation fitted and the airflow corrected so the loft breathes. New battens went on and the roof was laid in slate.
A dry ridge system finished the top, and every bit of rubbish was taken away.
